Good to hear from you too. I guess the tragedy playing out in Japan tripped one of my nostalgic memory switches...I (and Perry Knight, who was a "raggy" also) took 2 weeks leave from Vmo-6 on Oki in the dead of winter in '75 and toured the mainland. I have great memories of that and this disaster the Japanese people are enduring is weighing heavy on my heart.
I love you Kevin...I remember how "gung ho" you were...I always tried to learn something from my fellow Marine...I learned strength in belief from you...
Well, well!! How are ya? I'm in Palm Bay, Fl these days. Worked the OV-10D SLEP until the 2nd bitter end. 13 yrs with DynCorps, then on to Optec and Beech 200T's. Now working stateside after all that time on Decathalon's and Air Tractors. Headed to the reunion in DFW in May.
